Whether you are planning an unforgettable wedding, a group event or a treasured reunion, The Winery at La Grange combines outstanding amenities with first-rate service to make every occasion exceptional. Experience the beauty and charm of this historic setting for all your special events.
Site Rental
Site rental fees are scheduled in 4 hour blocks. Some basic set up is included. Events at The Winery at La Grange may take place before, during, and after business hours, but all events must conclude by 9:30pm. For the enjoyment of all our guests, during business hours the Winery will be open to the public, and only the rented space will be private. Our maximum guest count is 150; over 75 people requires adding outdoor space.
Tents
To ensure your needs are met, tent rentals are quoted through an third party tent supplier, based on your event. Confirmation and your deposit must be made directly with the supplier. Refunds may be obtained according to their cancellation policy.
Catering
We ask that all food and decor (beyond our basics listed above) be provided by your caterer. Our events coordinator is happy to work with your and your caterer to ensure your event is a success.
Wine Packages
- On consumption purchasing. Open and enjoy as many wines as you would like. At the conclusion of your event, we charge for open and empty bottles. Partial bottles are re-corked and given to the host.
- Case purchasing. You pre-select your wine choices and set your own
bottle limit, paying in advance of your event.
Please note that Virginia ABC Law states that no outside alcohol is permitted on our premises. Temporary Event Licenses can be obtained for your event if you wish to serve and enjoy beer purchased retail. Please discuss directly with your caterer.
Music
We welcome acoustic live music and do offer dance space. In order to preserve the area atmosphere, sound should be at a comfortable level. To maintain our great relationship with our neighbors, we do require that all music end promptly at 9:00pm.
Deposit and Fees
We require a minimum deposit equal to the site rental fee to book your event. All prices quoted exclude 5% Virginia State Tax and an 18% gratuity.
