Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Brick oven roasted Portobello mushroom stuffed with ricotta, Romano, feta and mozzarella cheese fresh Italian herbs topped with homemade bread crumbs and over a pomodoro pesto sauce

Grilled Chicken Messina Marinated fresh grilled chicken breasts sautéed in a light tomato wine sauce with roasted garlic cloves, diced plum tomatoes, artichokes, fresh rosemary and oregano. Served with sautéed string beans and red skin mashed potatoes.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo North Atlantic shrimp sautéed with our homemade garlic butter and fresh herbs then tossed with a spicy tomato wine sauce and placed over top of our grooved spaghetti.
