Wine Maker's Dinner - August 4th

Spain has more acres planted in wine vines than any other country in the world and also has a five thousand year history of winemaking. Each Course of this Very Special Meal will be paired with a Wine Imported from Spain.

Pan con Tomate - Country Bread rubbed with Tomato and Fruity Olive Oil topped with shaved Spanish Serrano
Champinones al Ajillo - Mushrooms sautéed with Garlic, Olive Oil, Sherry & Spanish Paprika
Paired with Valdelainos, a refreshing white wine

Patatas Bravas – a classic! Hot Fried Potatoes with Spicy Tomato "Brava" Sauce
Stuffed Piquillo Pepper – stuffed with Goat Cheese and Sea Salt
Paired with Finca La Esticada, a light red wine

Paella Valencia – Saffron scented Spanish Rice simmered with Shrimp, White Fish, Mussels, Crab and Chorizo
Albondigas – Cocktail Meatballs in Garlic Tomato Sauce
Paired with Arrocal, a stunning red wine

Arroz con Leche served warm with raisins, sprinkled with cinnamon
Paired with Flare, a sweet moscato sparkling wine
