Vint Hill Craft Winery provides the opportunity for a limited number of individuals or small groups to participate alongside our expert winemaking team to "Craft" a barrel (approximately 300 bottles) of their own wine at our specially designed, eco-friendly, "small lot" winery.

In the Summer of 2009, Paradise Springs Winery will be opening for business from a family log cabin in the heart of Clifton, Virginia, the first winery in Fairfax County.

Learn about wine blending and create your own Ameritage from five different Bordeaux varietal's. Our winemaker will decide which is closest to his idea of a fantastic Ameritage.  That blend will be used for the next vintage with the winner's name on the back label alongside our winemaker's name.

Executive Chef Marty Ticar hosts a wine dinner featuring The Winery at La Grange wines paired with a five-course menu using the best of local Virginia farms.  The Evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner.

Your reservation includes your choice of our picnics and a bottle of your choice of our classic wines to be savored on our lawn with your favorite friends.

At dusk, we'll be showing a movie on our big screen for you to enjoy while you feast.

Each Picnic price is for up to 2 people.

$35 includes a chunk of cheese, box of crackers, movie candy and a bottle of wine with 2 glasses.

$60 includes a basket with an array of goodies including cheese, crackers, fresh sausage, sweet and savory spreads and candy along with a bottle of wine and 2 glasses.
