Site Rental Fees

Site rental fees ¹ vary depending on site(s) chosen, the time of the event, and the number of event guests. Site rental fees are for events up to 4 hours. Events longer than 4 hours may require additional rental fees.

Site rental fees include basic equipment needed for event set up; ask our Special Events Manager for details. Additional equipment/supplies/set-up requested may increase rental cost.

Event Pricing During Business Hours

Any event beginning after 11am and concluding before 6:00 pm

Barrel Room:	Up to 50 people - $850; 51-75 people - $1100
Benoni's Lounge:	Up to 30 people - $600
BBQ Patio:	Up to 30 people - $600
Lawn Space or Barrel Room Patio:	Up to 75 people - $850; 75+ people - $1100
Wine Production Building: (Includes Barrel Room, Tank Room and Outside Patios)	$2000

Event Pricing After Hours

Any event on any day concluding after 6:00 pm.
Please note: The Manor House is not available before 6:30 pm

BBQ Patio:	Up to 30 people - $1100
Lawn Space or Barrel Room Patio:	Up to 75 people - $1100; 75+people - $1600

Manor House: (Entire Building and Front Patio)	$3600
Manor House Front Patio:	Up to 75 people - $1100; 75+ people - $1600
Manor House Main Level as a pre-event reception area: (1 hour minimum charge, 2 hour maximum)	$200 per hour

Tent Rental

The decision to use or not use a tent must be made 7 days prior to the event and cannot be changed once decided due to scheduling requirements of the tent rental company. Tent rental prices will be quoted per event.

Wine Packages

Wine is charged on consumption but can be organized several different ways:

1. You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests, no glass limit. You will be charged per open bottle at conclusion of event. Any partial bottles become the property of the host and will be packed to go.
2. You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests and set a limit of bottles available. You will be charged for your selection. Additional wines can be added during the event if the host requests it.
3. Cash Bar - A selection of wines are poured by the glass and paid for as poured. Classic wines $7 per glass, Reserve wines $9 per glass.

Beer is permitted at private events under certain circumstances. Its inclusion to any event must be discussed with and agreed upon by the Events Coordinator. There is a VA ABC procedure that must be followed in order to obtain the license required to include beer at an event.

Catering

Food provided for any event must be catered.

Our Special Events Manager is prepared to work with you and our preferred caterers to make your event truly special.

A full range of catering is available from rustic to elegant for any size event. Just share your vision with us and we will help it become your reality!

Deposit

Minimum deposit is the site rental fee and is required in order for us to book the event.

Additional Information

Maximum Event Guest Count is 150 – guest counts over 75 may require an outside site.

We are restricted from allowing temporary dance floors, DJs or amplified music. We do have spaces for dancing and welcome acoustic live music.

All events must conclude no later than 9:30 pm.

5% tax and 18% gratuity is added where applicable.
