Site rental fees 1 vary depending on site(s) chosen, the time of the event, and the number of event guests. Site rental fees are for events up to 4 hours. Events longer than 4 hours may require additional rental fees.
Site rental fees include basic equipment needed for event set up; ask our Special Events Manager for details. Additional equipment/supplies/set-up requested may increase rental cost.
Any event beginning after 11am and concluding before 6:00 pm

The decision to use or not use a tent must be made 7 days prior to the event and cannot be changed once decided due to scheduling requirements of the tent rental company. Tent rental prices will be quoted per event.
Wine is charged on consumption but can be organized several different ways:
Beer is permitted at private events under certain circumstances. Its inclusion to any event must be discussed with and agreed upon by the Events Coordinator. There is a VA ABC procedure that must be followed in order to obtain the license required to include beer at an event.
Food provided for any event must be catered.
Our Special Events Manager is prepared to work with you and our preferred caterers to make your event truly special.
A full range of catering is available from rustic to elegant for any size event. Just share your vision with us and we will help it become your reality!
Minimum deposit is the site rental fee and is required in order for us to book the event.
Maximum Event Guest Count is 150 – guest counts over 75 may require an outside site.
We are restricted from allowing temporary dance floors, DJs or amplified music. We do have spaces for dancing and welcome acoustic live music.
All events must conclude no later than 9:30 pm.
5% tax and 18% gratuity is added where applicable.
